In management also all managers learn same management theories and principles. But their efficiency depends on how well they use these principles under different situations by applying personal skills and creativity so this feature of art is also present in management.
Based on practice and creativity:- The artist requires reqular practice of art to become more 3. fine and perfect. Without practice artists lose their perfection. Art requires creative practice, ie artist must add his creativity to the theoretical knowledge he has learned. Same way with experience managers also improve their managerial skills and efficiency. So this feature of art is also present in management.

The Lower Level is constituted of one supervisor of each of the four departments. Thest Supervisors look after the daily activities of their subordinates.
Often, it is observed that the managers of all Levels remain busy sometimes wireed planning of their respective departments and sometimes with the comparison of the desired and actual results. Similarly, sometimes they are busy with the Recruitment, Selection and Training of the employees and sometimes with their motivation. Mr. Sahil knows it very well that the job of management cannot be done by a single person alone, but when all join hands to work together the meaning of management is realised.
